2. Information We Process
RNKS does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or other directly identifying information to use the app.
RNKS uses a randomly generated installation identifier to operate service features such as your credit balance and credit activity. This identifier is associated with the app installation rather than a user account.
3. App Store Ranking Data
When you request an App Store ranking check, RNKS sends the information needed to perform that request, including app identifiers, keywords, countries, and related search parameters, to the RNKS service. Ranking results and related history may be stored to provide ranking, history, caching, and credit functionality.
RNKS may use third-party service providers to process App Store ranking requests. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform the requested ranking check.
4. Credits and Purchases
RNKS stores information associated with your installation identifier to maintain your credit balance and credit activity, including credits granted, purchased, used, or adjusted.
Purchases and payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. RNKS does not collect or store your payment card or billing details. Information necessary to verify a purchase and apply the corresponding credits may be processed by RNKS. Apple’s handling of payment and transaction information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy and terms.
5. Analytics, Advertising and Tracking
RNKS does not use third-party advertising trackers, does not use your activity for advertising or cross-app tracking, and does not sell personal information.

If you contact us directly, we will receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address and the content of your request. We use this information only to respond to you and provide support.
